The GRC Exchange team

The GRC and GRC Exchange is managed by a partnership between the International Development Department (IDD) of the School of Public Policy at the University of Birmingham and the Institute for Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex.

The core team are:

Expert support

The GRC Exchange is supported by a Content Advisory Group of experts drawn from DFID, IDD and IDS. Their role is to assure that content of the website reflects the latest academic and practitioner thinking.

International Development Department (IDD)

IDD is the School of Public Policy's International Development Department at the University of Birmingham. Established in 1964, IDD has particular specialisms in central and local governance, public management and finance, service delivery and poverty.

IDS is the Institute for Development Studies at the University of Sussex. It is a leading centre for research, teaching and communication on development and an independent not-for-profit company. It has a large Governance team with particular specialisms in political process, democracy, participation, accountability, rights, anti-corruption, gender and conflict.
